A service we offer our guests and others in the area. Have your Salmon, Brown Trout or Lake Trout smoked here. After several decades smoking fish, we have the process down pat.

We use a blend of secret ingredients and rubs and handpicked hardwoods to produce outstanding results. Your fillets are processed to perfection, vacuum sealed and labled.
