THE SCHOOLHOUSE INN is located on the banks of the renowned Salmon River in Oswego County, NY.  We are across the street from the School House Pool, the upper and lower Wire Holes and just down stream from the Lower Fly Fishing Area.  We have ample parking for  easy access to the river, and for our snowmobile and ATV guests. 

We offer lodging that can accomodate 1-8 guests.  The rooms are private therefore booked only for you and your guests.  Each room has it's own private entrance and private bath.  All the rooms have color cable TV, a coffee maker, a microwave and a refrigerator for your use!!!

We offer guided drift boat trips, wading trips and lake charters.  We can offer these trips by themselves or as a discounted package with lodging!!!

Jeb Bortz Summer 2007.  This fish was caught by Phil's son Jeb this summer on Lake Ontario.  He hooked and brought this big fish to boat by himself.  He loves to visit central NY year around to go fishing, snowmobiling, hunting and has a great time on the ATV trails.  He is currently working on his fly fishing skills.

Our cousin's Jeff and his daughter Kate just happened to make it out our way for a morning on the Salmon River.  We didn't have much time but put a few Kings on the stringer for them to take back to Ohio.  Kate already wants to come back.  Any time Guys!! (Cousin Rick was too busy picking up stand up cut off valves to go fishin', but thats a whole 'nother story??)
